We offer a variety of groups and workshops for adults and children, including:
Each program is clearly labeled as in person, online, or hybrid so you can choose what fits your life.

Workshops are usually single-session or short-term programs focused on a specific topic, such as learning a new skill or exploring personal growth. Groups are multi-week experiences that blend education, guided practices, and supportive connection. While both offer meaningful opportunities for learning and healing, neither is considered therapy.
It is very common to feel hesitant about joining a group. We create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can participate at your own pace. You will never be pressured to share more than feels comfortable. Our workshop leaders and group facilitators are skilled and trained to ensure that every group is run thoughtfully. We set clear guidelines so no one monopolizes the time, we work to prevent oversharing, and we respect and encourage your personal boundaries at all times.
No. Our workshops and groups are not therapy and are not a replacement for therapy. They are educational and supportive experiences designed to complement individual therapy, not take its place. Because these programs are not therapy services, they are not covered by insurance, and we do not provide superbills or documentation for reimbursement. All programs are self-pay.
Some of our workshops and groups are offered online, some are in person, and others have both options. Each listing will clearly note the location and whether a virtual option is available.
We understand that sometimes things come up. If you miss a session, we will provide any materials or handouts you may have missed. However, live participation is encouraged so you can get the most benefit.
Group sizes are intentionally kept small, typically between 6 and 12 participants. This helps create a sense of connection and ensures everyone has space to engage.
While the facilitator may offer general guidance, these programs do not include individual therapy or crisis support. If you feel you need more personalized help, we encourage you to explore starting therapy alongside your participation.
