About me
I bring nearly twenty years of experience as a therapist into everything I do. Over the past five years as a practice owner, I have focused on building a sustainable business that honors both clients and clinicians. My leadership is shaped by lived clinical experience, real-world systems building, and a deep respect for the human stories behind the work.
My background includes extensive clinical work with individuals navigating trauma, grief, and major life transitions. That experience informs how I lead teams, mentor clinicians, and consult with organizations. I understand what it means to hold emotional weight while also managing responsibility, growth, and decision-making.
I have completed a Certificate in Nonprofit Business Leadership from the University of Notre Dame, which strengthened my systems-level thinking and ethical leadership skills. I also completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, where I refined my approach to sustainable growth, financial clarity, and values-driven leadership. These experiences allow me to bridge clinical insight with practical business strategy.
